Notice Triage is a fixed-fee service that includes:
-
A scheduled appointment/call

When Work Begins (Notice Triage)
Work begins once your uploaded documents have been reviewed, even if your appointment call has not happened yet.
5) Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy
Notice Triage Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a Notice Triage appointment one (1) time.
Reschedules must be requested before the appointment time.
After the one allowed reschedule is used, the appointment will be considered final.
No-Show / Late Arrival
If you miss your scheduled appointment, arrive significantly late, or are not prepared with required information, your service may be delayed or considered completed at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed for missed appointments.
6) Payments & Refund Policy
All services are priced as fixed-fee services and require payment before work is performed unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refund Window
No services are refundable after 24 hours from purchase.
Work Product / Work Start
Once work begins, time is spent and work product may be created. For this reason, all payments are generally non-refundable after work begins.
For Notice Triage specifically:
Work begins when document review starts (even if the call has not occurred yet).

The following are non-refundable once work begins or after 24 hours (whichever occurs first):

Inform us of deadlines immediately
Delays caused by missing documents or lack of client response may prevent completion of services before the IRS deadline.

We do not provide 24/7 availability. Response times vary based on workload and business hours.
11) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback for services already performed may result in:

Account restriction
-
The need for additional documentation showing work completed
-
Collections and/or legal remedies where permitted
